Fort Wayne Foundry Corporation is a leading manufacturer of high quality aluminum sand castings for the automotive industry. The Corporation's three foundry divisions, Columbia City, Pontiac and Fort Wayne, house the latest in high volume sand casting technology. Our foundries manufacture a wide variety of parts, such as, intake manifolds, front covers, water pumps, cam carriers and brackets, just to name a few.

Fort Wayne Foundry's own Machining Division allows the Corporation to produce an assembly-ready casting for the customer. Experienced machining technicians are involved at the prototyping stage of a casting to ensure optimum casting design for processing. All of our machine lines include computerized gauging which monitors quality at every station.

Through our parent company, Cole Pattern & Engineering Co., Inc., Fort Wayne Foundry obtains specialized tooling to produce the castings. Cole Pattern's skilled craftsmanship is the beginning to every quality casting produced at Fort Wayne Foundry. Cole Pattern employees go through a stringent apprentice program, learning from the experts to become skilled technicians in the world of engineering and pattern making. Because of this commitment to experienced employees and state-of-the-art equipment, Cole Pattern produces the highest quality metal patterns and molds.
