Our pattern shop has been building quality tooling for over 60 years. Coreboxes, patterns, injection molds, wheel molds, and specialty fixtures and machines are all produced here. Our engineering department utilizes the latest in 3D solid modeling technology (UG NX) to construct tooling to your most demanding tolerances. We also have prototype or low volume machining capabilities to machine any prototype casting the foundry may produce for the customer. The pattern shop also has (2) CMMs for both tooling layout as well as part layouts. |

We pride ourselves in the fact that we were one of the first foundries to begin using casting simulation as we have utilized MAGMAsoft casting technology since 1994. All of our castings are poured and analyzed prior to tooling even hitting the foundry floor. Filling and solidification analysis help us launch programs with very low scrap levels. |
